Periodically, Deadset Press will open submissions for an anthology, or open submissions for novellas. Being an indie publisher with quite a small team means that we can only have a limited number of projects on the go at once.

We aim to provide publishing pathways for emerging writers from Australia and New Zealand, and aspire to shine the light on unique and diverse voices. Deadset Press was founded by a group of writers, so we understand how stressful it can be to send off those first submissions. We know how hard it can be for emerging writers to find someone who wants to publish their stories. That’s why we’re here.
